Make Blue Your Happy Colour
What blue suits you on Blue Monday?
Blue doesn’t have to mean sad and cold. In fact blue is seen as a calm trustworthy colour. The colour of the NHS logo (and nurses uniforms) are blue because it’s considered safe.
Dark navy is associated with the legal profession, a policeman's uniform is blue.
Blue doesn’t have to be a cold colour, there are many shades of blue from warm to cool light to dark and bright to soft. So that means we all have at least once or two shades that will suit us.
This week we will look at shades to suit you and a few items I've found and love on the high street.
Light: Sky Blue & Light navy
Deep: True Blue & Dark Navy
Warm: Aqua & Teal
Cool: Sky Blue & Royal Blue
Bright: Chinese Blue & Dark Navy
Smokey: Sapphire & Sky Blue
Do you ever shop by colour online? Have you ever typed the colour your looking for inthe search bar?
Navy is a colour that suits all of us. If you have darker features than you will look great an a blue black or dark navy. If you have lighter features look for a light navy or airforce blue.

Currently M&S do a wide range of wide leg trousers. These blue ones don’t have a stripe and are £25 find them here. The River Island ones are £40 and come in red, cream and navy here
